Connecting your email account
Once you connect your email account, you can send and receive messages from Flowdeal, and they're automatically linked to the right contact and deal.
Connecting
- Open Settings → Email.
- Choose your provider (Gmail / Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or another IMAP service).
- Authorise access in your provider's sign-in window.
- Choose which folders should sync.
Good to know
Flowdeal keeps access encrypted, and you can disconnect the account at any time.
What does connecting give you?
- Incoming and outgoing emails are automatically added to the contact's history.
- Templates help you reply faster.
- You can see when your sent email was opened.
